プレーヤーは従業員を体験。麺のおいしさのため決められた時間内に提供する「15秒の掟（おきて）」や、盛りつけの美しさなど一蘭らしいポイントで得点を競う。

広報によると、普段は公開しない厨房（ちゅうぼう）もかなり忠実に再現。外国のファンの注目も集め、海外メディアの問い合わせもあるという。1480円。
